AMG was hired to design plant process improvements to help improve yields to a corn wet mill in Tennessee that produces corn starch. AMG provided engineering, design, and construction oversight services.

After providing front-end engineering, AMG provided design-build services for the construction of a modified wet milling addition to an ethanol facility in Wisconsin. The new process produces an ethanol feedstock from corn as well as high value corn co-products utilizing patented technology. The project had a capital value in excess of $25,000,000.

AMG provided design-build services for a project at a pet food ingredient production plant. The project involved the installation of size and density classifying equipment, material handling conveyors, screening systems, and the integration of process automation to produce a refined all meat-based pet food ingredient.

AMG was brought in to provide engineering services to support a $50,000,000 capital expansion at a chemical processing complex that produces specialty enzymes used in the grain processing industry. AMG provided process, mechanical, piping, structural, electrical and controls engineering and design services as well as construction coordination support. The project involved fermentation, compressed air, chillers, cooling towers, steam and condensate, sterile piping systems, and many other systems.

A leading producer of adhesive and sealant products for construction and home repair consulted with AMG to support an upgrade to the packaging system in one of its manufacturing plants. AMG provided project management, construction management, and start-up support for an aerosol packaging line upgrade.
